Mitch McConnell: No Full Obamacare Repeal

Imagine my surprise.

Mitch McConnell, who will take over as Senate Majority Leader next year, with Republicans holding the majority of Senate seats, is not going to attempt to repeal Obamacare. TIME tells us:

 [A] full repeal of Obamacare was not on his mind, but rather a partial repeal through the appropriations process.

Translation: We will stiff cronies aligned with Democrats, that is all. Centrally planned healthcare will otherwise stay intact.
