The nation's largest flight attendants union says it wants airline passengers to return to stowing cellphones and other electronics during takeoffs and landings, reports ABC 7 San Francisco.
Shouldn't it be companies that decide such policies and company employees either following company orders or leaving the organization?
Typical of the crony Mussolini-type government we live under, that seems to stick its head in every corporate decision (there was also an FAA ruling here), this nuttiness ended up in court. A union lawyer argued today before a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit that the cellphones should be stowed during takeoffs and landings.
Thankfully, probably because the judges are travelers, it appears that the judges will rule against the union.
