BREAKING: President Trump Declares Houses of Worship “Essential” and Orders Them Reopened

President Trump is slowly moving against the lockdowns, very slowly.

“Today I am identifying houses of worship — churches, synagogue and mosques — as essential places that provide essential services,” Trump said at a hastily-scheduled briefing at the White House. “Some governors have deemed liquor stores and abortion clinics as essential but have left out churches and other houses of worship. It’s not right.”

He knows the lockdowns are hurting him politically.

Let's hope we all see declining numbers for politicians at the state and local level who have put on lockdown measures.

  1. Good for Trump.
I wish he had not allowed the states to violate the First/Ninth Amendment's in the first place.
And I don't give a crap about religion.
But this is DEFINITELY a step in the right direction.

  2. Nothing to do with Trump's announcement , but my wife and I were actually blessed to attend Latin Mass & receive Holy Communion (on the tongue of course) today, for the first time in over 2 months! Some states & Diocese are opening back up. I'm afraid to say where it is though because there are so many evil busybodies & weirdo snitches. I'll just say that smart Catholics know who the good guys are and where to find them. 😇🙏

  3. People shouldn't rely on politicians to do their "resisting" for them. They need to get out and do it themselves! Fill up the jails and embarrass the powers that shouldn't be!
