This looks like a case of people who feel a lot of entitlement. I've experienced similar behavior on roads as a motorist and bicyclist from pretty much any sort of person you can think of.
Lane splitting wheelie guy made his own problems then blames the motorist. It's rather ordinary these days to see someone on the road thinking they are entitled like that, except for the wheelie.
Even 20 years ago I had people who ran stop signs in their cars yelling at me that the near miss was my fault.
