Sanders Town Hall Audience Cheers After Fox News Host Asks If They'd Support 'Medicare for All'

It is getting bad out there.

The audience at a Fox News town hall erupted in cheers and applause when asked by moderator Bret Baier if they would support Sen. Bernie Sanders's (I-Vt.) "Medicare for All" proposal, reports The Hill.

"I want to ask the audience a question here. ... How many are willing to transition to what the senator says, a government-run system?" Baier asked before the crowd burst into cheers.

  1. Of course it did. People are ignorant of how the present mess got created. And the choices have been limited and framed appropriately for a government take over.

So medical progress for the masses will stop. It will be like dialysis. Forever trapped when government took it over.

    1. Exactly right.

And, the same ignorant folks won't bother to even try to find out how this mess was created and how to correctly fix it. They'll take the easy way out because, hey, it's "free".

I really don't want to live to see this come to pass.

  2. America is becoming unrecognizable, with its Statist and Collectivist leanings. So sad...

  3. I spent quite a bit of time in the former East Block countries and saw what a mess their medical infrastructure and skills were. It will take time for our infrastructure to degrade as we will live off of the wealth created by the little free market we enjoy in that sector. When that reserve wealth is gone most people will no longer remember what was now and so won't miss it. This is going to hurt.
