Reward Climbs to $300,000 For Information on Oakland Major Project Arsonist(s)

Tuesday early morning's fire in Oakland that destroyed a multi-story, six-building complex under construction was the sixth fire at a major construction site in the East Bay city since 2012.

All of the fires remain unsolved but suspicion leans toward anti-gentrification lefty anarchists.

"There is definitely a class war," ABC7 News quoted Needa Bee as saying. "Gentrification is a class war based on money driven development that systematically removes the working class and low-income folks."

A group of developers has increased a reward for information on the arsonist(s) to $300,000.

For my take on gentrification, see: What the Gentrification Haters Don't Get
