The man in the video was coming from a homeless shelter.

 Anthony Torres, 56, told The Associated Press:

 “My life is all screwed up. That’s the reason I was shaving on the train.”

      My thoughts too. Reminds me of driving behind people on a beautiful country road watching them dump their beer cans and fast food trash out the window.

      And the man has no sense of privacy in the midst of strangers. Uncouth!

    Damn - I don't recall someone recording me when I was shaving! Stay outta my bathroom!

    But seriously, as @DesertBunny points out, he has no sense of privacy. What's more he didn't even care that someone was recording him. If you have a job where you get paid just to show up and that you can never be fired from no matter what you do, I guess some people just let themselves go to hell.
