The explosion occurred at a commemoration ceremony for the 81st anniversary of the National Guard (GNB).
According to the Information Minister there several drones loaded with explosives. Seven GNB soldiers were injured and Maduro resulted unharmed and will be speaking shortly.— LALO DAGACH (@LaloDagach) August 4, 2018
