"Action presupposes a goal worth achieving".What balderdash. Let's test the actions of the Nazis against the wisdom on Ayn Rand ... what worthy goal were those actors trying to achieve?
If you read Rand further you would discover she means “worth achieving” to someone, in your example the Nazi’s. She is merely pointing out that human action is purposeful, with intent. She does not claim that all human action is moral. She goes to great length to explain that humans must discover right from wrong, good from evil, etc.
