DISGUSTING Military Police Chain Pizza Delivery Man

Military police at Fort Hamilton Army Base in Brooklyn detained and turned over to ICE a pizza delivery man last week, tweets NYC Councilman Justin Brannan.

Reportedly, his wife and 2 small girls are American citizens. They had applied for his permanent residency in February.

  1. I couldn't find anything about this. You'd think this would be all over the news.

  2. We need to get the rid of the anchor baby system. That would go a long way to reduce incentives for immigration.

    1. "Getting rid" of a constitutionally-protected right derived from Common Law tradition and upheld many times in court would mean amending the Constitution significantly.

It is, nevertheless, not surprising that a Trumpista, a Fascist, would have no qualms about giving the State the power to decide who is an American citizen and who is no longer one, regardless of that person's origin, which is what your wish to end "birth-right citizenship" would entail: leaving to the State the ultimate decision on who is a citizen and who is not. At any point, a State hostile towards YOU would have the power to strip YOU of your citizenship and turn you into a ghost, in all ways possible. But, again, it is hardly surprising you would give such deference to the State, He-Who-Fantasizes-About-White-European-Males

    3. Francisco Torres: The state is an evil entity that needs to be abolished.

Also Francisco Torres: It is immoral to prevent certain people from getting state citizenship.

Be careful what you wish for.

There's no such thing as "State Citizenship", you Trumpista. Citizenship is not something graciously granted by the State, which is the point made above, just like free speech is not a grant by the State, whether your puny Trumpista mind want to believe it or not.

Immigrants currently apply for citizenship because a) they were not born with it and b) because the State ursurped a process that for millenia was handled by local societies who accepted a person or persons into their communities voluntarily. Your attempt at cuteness actually made my case rather than hinder it, for which I thank you enormously.

    6. Torres, who likes his black STD infected only, could not pass an IQ test. Hell, he cannot even come up with more original insults and is incapable of telling why I am wrong about the superiority of white Europeans. If you are white Torres, just off yourself. You are a disgrace and closet leftist.

    7. The collectivist calling the anarcho-capitalist a "leftist". Is it that time of the month again?

      LOL

Hey "smart" guy, IQ tests aren't pass/fail.

  3. There is no anchor baby system. A child under 21 can't get a parent any immigration status.

    1. And even when he or she turns 21, the process to sponsor parents takes years. It's even worse for their siblings, for the backlog of immigrat visas for siblings means a brother or sister, depending on the country of residence, has to wait a couple of DECADES to receive a greencard.

That means that the 'anchor baby' canard is a sham invented by anti-immigrant bigots.

  4. The status of the family cannot dictate the treatment of the individual based on the legality or illegality of the present status within this sovereign.

Fransisco is riled because this guy isnt getting same slack everyone used to get.

Legality is very black and white and thats what everyone is screaming about in a human equation.

I don't know who the "everyone" you allude to are. You're making stuff up, as I've made NO comment that addresses that case directly. Learn to argue, or better yet, learn to read.

    2. If the stats always enforced the letter of the law, most of us would be in prison.

  5. I'd be curious as to why the pizza delivery guy even spoke to or answered questions to a hostile army guy. He had no obligation to interact with him other than to collect dough for the pizza. Perhaps if he knew rights of Americans at even a 2nd grade level, he'd still be okay. Lesson learned too late?
