  2. Where did the anti-war left go?

Instead of wailing about Trump's alleged sexual misconduct, unfashionable views on [name your topic], or the heinous Russia collusion angle (what could be worse than cooperating with a rival nuclear power?), or spending copious amounts of time supporting sophomoric responses to a mass shooting (articulated by, wait for it, a sophomore), why isn't the anti-war left all over this stuff? Can their priorities be that askew?

    1. There never was any anti-war Left. They are just anti-others. And if others wage war, the Left be using that to get closer to power. When collectivists come to power they always start murdering those who disagree with them.

    2. The anti-war left is around, you simply don't notice them if you aren't looking for them. Certainly you will not read about them on the five o'clock news.

    3. Thane, perhaps I'm wrong, but I see Antiwar.com as being more of a Rothbardian group. I was thinking about the traditionally left-ish groups that were vocal against Bush re the Iraq invasion. In other words, those who like to challenge GOP presidents on foreign policy (and were strangely silent even though Obama was at war for every day of his presidency). Shouldn't Trump be a prime target for them? Why aren't there public demonstrations about Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, etc.? As we can see, there is no shortage of anti-Trump demonstrations.
