Murray Sabrin for Senate!!

The New Jersey Libertarian Party is actively courting Dr. Murray Sabrin to run for the United States Senate in 2018, reports David Wildstein.

If he runs, this would mark Sabrin’s formal return to the Libertarian Party, according to Wildstein.  He sought the Republican nomination for U.S. Senate in 2000, 2008 and 2014.

A professor of finance at Ramapo College and a faculty member there since 1985,  Sabrin and his wife, Florence made a $250,000 gift to Ramapo College to establish the Sabrin Center for Free Enterpise in the Anisfield School of Business in 2007.

Sabrin has a Ph.D. in economic geography from Rutgers University, an M.A. in social studies education from Lehman College and a B.A. in history, geography and social studies education from Hunter College. Sabrin completed his dissertation under Murray Rothbard.

He is working on his next book about the financial bubble.

When he ran on the Libertarian Party ticket for Governor in 1997, he won 114,172 votes statewide.

A Sabrin run would be a great boost for libertarianism in the New Jersey area. He is a great communicator of libertarian ideas, is a principled libertarian and doesn't flinch when the tough libertarian position must be made in front of a bunch of snowflakes. A run by Sabrin would be an excellent way to get the libertarian word out in New Jersey.

Murray must run!

Email him at docm303@gmail.com and urge him to run.
