I'm a Ron Paul fan, but that little piece of land has changed hands so many times over the millennia that I don't know how you can say who's land it is except by right of conquest.
A good argument against this move by Trump.
"... can't simply put your capitol on someone else's territory." How about Washington DC? If there were any Nacotchtank's remaining they might agree.
I don't give a shit who calls ownership of the city as long as individual property rights are preserved. As it stands, with Israel bulldozing Arab homes and giving building permits only to Jewish residents, Israel is horrible at property rights. Annexing land that doesn't belong to it is such a tragedy as it relates to property rights.
