U.S. Representative Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii) has introduced legislation that would outlaw the U.S. from providing assistance to terrorist organizations.
Gabbard is not perfect, especially when it comes to economics, but her opposition to U.S. government funding of terrorists is the best in Congress.
