Victims on multiple floors.

Suspect is male black six foot  armed with M 16 rifle.

Update 3

Up to 6 people shot & wounded at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital.  Shooter is reportedly dead, said to be a former hospital worker.

Update 4

Police radio has identified the shooter as Dr. Henry Bello. According to the hospital website he practices “family medicine”.

Update 5

At least 3 of the victims are doctors.
