The Judge must have provided some clear evidence of wrongdoing to his bosses, and assured them that more information was forthcoming. The fact that he stands by his original assertion, while on the air, lends credence to that scenario.
Yeah I would have liked to hear his exchange with their legal team. He probably schools them instead of vice versa.
