VIDEO This is What Went Down at a White Nationalist Alt-Right Conference in Washington, D.C.

“Hail Trump, hail our people, hail victory!”

That’s how Richard B. Spencer saluted more than 200 attendees on Saturday, gathered at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C., for the annual conference of the National Policy Institute, which describes itself as “an independent organization dedicated to the heritage, identity, and future of  people of European descent in the United States, and around the world.”

Spencer has popularized the term “alt-right” to describe the movement he leads. Spencer has said his dream is “a new society, an ethno-state that would be a gathering point for all Europeans,” and has called for “peaceful ethnic cleansing.”

Scary times my friends.

  1. It seems to me that if ethnic and "genetic" mixing in a private property society is so bad, it would become apparent rather quickly due to Misesian and Hayekian personal knowledge at the ground level. I suspect that without lying politicians and winner-take-all tribal voting patterns, everyone would get along just fine. People who want to live with "their kind" would and others who didn't care wouldn't.

When the drunk Swedish Americans and drunk Norwegian Americans go to brawlin', are they going to engage in "peaceful ethnic cleansing" against each other?

I recall reading that the Detroit hockey team had some southern city Swedish players and some rural northern Swedish players who could barely understand each other and back home, weren't supposed to like each other. Are they going to engage in "peaceful ethnic cleansing" against each other?

    1. I agree, but I need to point out that in the absence of a PPS, it's important to do the opposite and be nationalist, vote to keep the principles of western civilization, and vote to exclude others from living off welfare while the slave taxpayers have only 1 child and pay for the 8 children of the recipients.

  2. And this is why you're relatively safer on the West Coast than on the East Coast or even Chicago. Just be ready to bolt when (not if) California secedes.

  3. I'm a Ron Paulian who wishes to diminish the power of the state, not control it. That being said, I am impressed by these alt-right folks and their commenter brethren who "bring it" to the arenas of today's political battles on the interwebs. Ron Paulians & libertarians had this energy a few years ago and need to get it back.

    1. Not only do these Alt-righties have tons of energy, and, as we know, the LP will not even touch the concept of private racial or religious discrimination, which is why they nominated Gary Johnson. They also don't have the energy or inclination to mention (say, in 1989) that libertarianism supports private drug testing and the private banning of druggies just as much as it supports the application of the NAP to people using drugs on their own property. And they are apparently afraid to mention to religious conservatives that they could have their own neighborhoods with private streets, sidewalks and schools and never have to encounter a non-pious person ever. The LP is always sucking up to the "progressives", which, we can all agree, has been SO SUCCESSFUL in getting them to like us for the past 40+ years.

    2. It's really sad that you can't tell the difference between a sniveling leftist and a sniveling libertarian nowadays.

    3. A libertarian who has concerns about proposals for an "ethno" STATE is sniveling?

A libertarian who has concerns about the hundreds of supporting comments on the Vox Day blog is sniveling?

And no one should worry that the MSM will smear libertarians with the broad ethno state or pro-Trump brush, right?

The God-Emperor Ascendant informs the media of their proper place in the new hierarchy, which is considerably closer to the kennels than the Cherry Blossom Throne:

Donald Trump scolded media big shots during an off-the-record Trump Tower sitdown on Monday, sources told The Post.

“It was like a f–ing firing squad,” one source said of the encounter.

  5. Some of my friends wonder why that I continue to buy guns (I currently have three) and I simply reply that there are people in this country who dont think I don't deserve life, liberty and property.

  6. Vox Day: There was nothing actually wrong with what Richard said. But we're dealing with rhetoric here, not dialectic.

It wasn't a big deal. But it was a foolish thing to do. The media is absolutely slavering to be able to have REAL PROOF that the Alt-Right are no-good, very-evil Nazis so that they can use it as a weapon against President-elect Trump, giving them ANYTHING is tactically retarded.

    http://voxday.blogspot.com/2016/11/controlled-opposition-or-media.html

Vox Day insists that only a small percentage of people can understand anything that resembles a technical and true political argument {“dialectic”) so one must one must instead employ “rhetoric”. That may be true. Libertarians can’t dance or do rhetoric.

Using a term like "ethno-state" is certainly "rhetoric".

  7. Is this the same Richard Spencer that spoke at Hoppe's Property and Freedom Society?
