New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is still in contention for two positions in President-elect Donald Trump’s Cabinet, sources tell the NJ Advance Media.
Those sources said Christie is being considered for Energy secretary or Department of Homeland Security secretary.
"The one person who really values what Chris has done, and how loyal he's been, is Donald Trump," one source told the news outlet, which added that a spokesman for the governor’s office declined to comment Wednesday night.
