Just learned today that former San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown (1996-2004), who was once named "The Best Dressed Man in San Francisco" by Esquire magazine and who in his 2008 autobiography, Basic Brown, described his taste for $6,000 Brioni suits and his search for the perfect chocolate Corvette to add to his car collection, doesn't tip when he gets his shoes shined.
