ReplyDeleteThat's a new one. You can't spend your money bankrolling someone's lawsuit because that constitutes a 'tortious interference' or sorta like saying nobody should give money to a plantiff. Imagine married people who are getting a divorce suing their respective parents-in-law for lending their offspring money for the retainers. The Gawker lawyers should be laughed out of the court.
