Trump’s National Field Director Quits

The establishment moves in.

Stuart Jolly resigned Monday amid major changes to the Donald Trump campaign’s top leadership, writes the Washington Post.

The change involved a transfer of power away from a small group of staffers who have been with Trump since the beginning to a larger team of more experienced operatives. Jolly told the Post the time had come to leave and he wasn’t angry about doing so. Jolly said he recently learned he would no longer report to his longtime friend Corey Lewandowski, Trump’s campaign manager, who has seen his role lessened.
