Thanks for posting this. I love David Friedman. What a mind! I would say I have been influenced by Friedman just as much as by Rothbard. Rothbard is better on economics and Friedman is better on legal theory.
Private entities have no authority to enforce laws. Even the notion that they can be private and own property is backed by state force. There are no rules in anarchism.
