"Who Do They Think They Are?" - Donald Trump Slams Apple Decision To Refuse Hacking Of iPhone

The FBI wants help with hacking into the cell phone on one of the San Bernardino ISIS-sympathizing killers. Apple is refusing to co-operate despite a court order.

"To think that Apple won't allow us to get into her cell phone," Donald Trump said on Fox and Friends this morning. “Who do they think they are? No, we have to open it up."

"Apple, this is one case, this is a case that certainly we should be able to get into the phone," he said. "And we should find out what happened, why it happened, and maybe there's other people involved and we have to do that."

"I agree 100% with the courts," he continued. "In that case, we should open it up. I think security over all — we have to open it up, and we have to use our heads. We have to use common sense."

  1. It lets them into everyone's phone, not just the San Bernardino killers.

  2. This may be old news, but did anyone see how Trump owns Jeb's domain name? Type in "jebbush.com" and it redirects you to Donald Trump. I don't care for the protectionist, safety-before-liberty Trump, but that's pretty savvy, from a political standpoint.

    1. Not true. Trump doesn't own that web site.

    2. I searched and couldn't find the domain owner, although I did corroborate your findings, thanks.

    1. Exactly. To the extent Trump is able to fire and appoint department heads, issue executive orders, whip government into shape, and alter its course is the same extent to which he'll do all that to direct government power toward whatever ends he sees fit.

  4. Why aren't they searching for the "three tall athletic white men" witnesses said were the shooters?

  5. And this, my friends, is the scary side of Donald Trump. He would likely be much worse than W or Obama on civil liberties.
