Donald Trump's tax plan is out. and at first look it appears to be pretty much an across the board tax cut. See: Trump's Incredible Tax Proposal: Now This is What A Tax Cut Looks Like.
There are still details to be sifted through to get a full sense of the proposal and it will hurt a few, but it appears to be for the most part a serious national tax cut.
This is not Rand Paul's horrific tax "reform" that includes the introduction of a value added tax, It appears to be a serious knife taken to the tax system---far and away better than any proposal I have seen from the other candidates and compared to Rand, this makes Rand look in comparison like Fidel Castro.
