Tom Cotton Visits the 51st State

Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) met yesterday with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem during a weeklong trip to Israel. Netanyahu and Cotton discussed the "special relationship" between the United States and Israel, their opposition to the Iran Nuclear Deal, and the regional implications of the deal, according to Cotton's office.

“I was honored to spend time with Prime Minister Netanyahu today. There is no one better to discuss the impact of a nuclear Iran, both in the Middle East and in the world,” said Cotton. “Today’s meeting only reaffirms my opposition to this deal. I will stand with Prime Minister Netanyahu and Israel and work with my colleagues in Congress to stop this deal and to ensure that Israel has the means to defend itself against Iran and its terrorist surrogates.”

Earlier this year, Rand Paul signed Cotton's letter opposing the deal.

  2. When did Cotton change his opinion on Iran?
He personally strengthened Iran by fighting FOR them in Iraq. And now he wants to weaken them? Wow he really doesn't know what he wants

  4. If a referendum was taken in Israel and the US on whether Israel should become the 51st state
    - Christian voters will say yes and start moving there.
    - Secular Israeli Jews will vote yes so they could flee from there to America, or at least have the option to
    - Ditto for the Arabs
    - The Zionist gov will object because of the first two reasons and also because they will never subordinate themselves to DC, the other way around is the only acceptable arrangement
    - Leftists and Libertarians may oppose because "colonialism"
    - American Jews may oppose because Israel is their special toy not to be shared with the goyim
