The US and Turkey have reportedly agreed to establish a “no-fly” zone in northern Syria. Since only the Syrian air force has jets, this will end Assad’s attacks on ISIS in the area. Also, the US approves Turk airstrikes against the Kurds, AKA the “boots on the ground” against ISIS. What’s going on? We try to make some sense of it on today’s Liberty Report:
