Uncut Hollywood Version of Rand Paul (sans toupee) Blocking (for 3 days) NSA Data Collection

 Rand Paul has gotten worldwide attention for delaying 3 provisions of the Patriot Act for 5 days, though the worse Freedom Act may be enacted in 3. Has the vicious NSA really stopped spying on Americans–always its top priority–or is is lying as usual? Will Rand be boosted in the polls? Here is the one concrete thing we can judge: money. With no dough so far from the oligarchs, and less money from his father’s supporters than expected, the campaign has had problems. For example, Rand raised $1 million in 36 hours. Comrade Bernie raised $1.5 million in 24 hours. Ron raised $6.4 million in 24 hours. There is no more donation counter on the Rand site, but the FEC report will tell all. My guess is that he will do better. Will it be enough? A nominating campaign will cost at least $100 million. (Thanks to Diogenes)
