I had dinner last night, at Cafe Puccini in the North Beach section of San Francisco, with Justin Raimondo, the editorial director of Antiwar.com,
Justin was in town for a deposition conducted by the Department of Justice.
Justin and Eric Garris, founder and managing editor of Antiwar.com, are bringing suit against the government because of the government's surveillance of the Antiwar.com duo. The deposition was the government's opportunity to question Justin ahead of any trial.
Justin was deposed for the full day, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
