The Peers' Dining Room in the House of Lords will open to the public in the run-up to the May 7 general election, reports The Steeple Times.
A three course lunch priced at £35 features such dishes as a starter of St George’s mushroom vol-au-vent, a main of slow cooked ox cheek with Irish champ and a steamed date and walnut pudding for dessert.
