Larry Kudlow on Ted Cruz vs, Rand Paul

I am no fan of Ted Cruz, anymore than I am of Rand, but Kudlow has it right.

Say what you will about @SenTedCruz, his launch more successful than @RandPaul. Let's see @marcorubio next week. Defend tax plan?
