Rand Paul’s Neighbor Pleads Not Guilty to Assaulting Rand

The county prosecutor in the case against Rene Boucher, the man accused of assaulting Sen. Rand Paul, says criminal charges may be changed because of the severity of Rand's injuries.

Warren County prosecutor Amy Milliken didn't provide any more details but said her office is working with Kentucky State Police and the FBI. She says the investigation "has not concluded."

Boucher pleaded not guilty to fourth-degree assault this morning. Boucher is accused of attacking the senator while he mowed his lawn.

Rand suffered six broken ribs and has excess fluid around the lungs.

It is unclear when he will be able to return to Washington D.C.

  1. Why was Paul mowing his lawn anyway? Do senators still have to do yard work? Did Cicero still have to trim his hedgerow way back when?

Paul should start a "Paul Foundation" so that he could have the money to hire some illegals to do the yard work for him. The illegals would probably also make short work of any Rene Boucher who came sniffing.

  2. Paul had it coming, he is a bourgeois exploiting privileged straight white man! He should apologize to his neighbor for preventing the utopian socialist take over of America!
