A clue as to what is developing can be understood from a recent call to action by a national socialist figure based out of Seattle,

Socialist Seattle city council member Kshama Sawant is calling for a wave of protests and strikes on May Day this year against President Donald Trump and his policies.By May 1 much more of Trump's policy plans are likely to be clear and will provide a buffet of reasons for lefty protesters to take to the streets.
Sawant penned an article in the socialist publication Jacobin Magazine titled Why We Should Strike on May Day.
“Since Inauguration Day, millions of people have taken to the streets to fight against Donald Trump’s right-wing agenda. Yet the president is continuing his attacks,” she wrote.
Sawant called for rank-and-file union members and labor leaders to bring forth resolutions to strike on May 1. She also called for “mass peaceful civil disobedience that shuts down highways, airports, and other key infrastructure.”
In the article, Sawant said it “will not be enough to play defense.” She referenced Trump’s travel ban saying the “‘chaos’ we created at the nation’s airports gives a hint of what’s possible.”
Not only the hardcore socialist crowd but Soros people, unions, and rank and file Democrats, including Bernie Sanders supporters and Hillary women, will take part,
The potential for some of the protests to get out of hand is very high--some on the left are hoping it does. No doubt the black bloc anarchists will infiltrate the protests in major cities.
Lefty leaders are going to want this to look like an "April Spring" populist revolt against Trump.
The big unknown is how will Trump react to the protests, especially if there is violence.

May Day in Seattle is historically a day of peaceful protests during the day followed by violent protests at night.This may be the case in more than Seattle this year.

The wars in post-Reformation Europe were largely in pursuit of enforcing theological correctness. Today our battles are about various views of moral correctness. The ultimate solution for this era will need to be the same: freedom of choice. It is impossible to legislate morality. Who knows how long it will take people to realize that.
