OMG Trump: Let It Be An Arms Race

Quite frankly, I will find it very difficult to understand how any libertarian can support Donald Trump after this.

This really must be the final straw.

  1. Yet, I'm sure the good folks at Lewrockwell.com will continue to kiss Trump's a$$ non-stop.

  3. Donald Trump's boast reminds me of the best known vulgar display of manhood by any president, which is attributed to Lyndon B. Johnson during the Vietnam War. When Johnson was asked why the United States was involved in the Vietnam War he unzipped his fly, and placed the confirmation of his Texas sized manhood on the table, and said this is why we are in Vietnam!

Does Donald Trump realize the campaign is over, and he does not have to cater nonstop to a populace that wants their president talk in a monosyllabic style they are accustomed to hearing when men argue about who's truck is bigger?

  4. I recall some blogger somewhere warning us that Trump would engage in endless government activism in everything. Where did I read that?

New Press Secretary Sean Spicer: Trump 'Will Never Take a Vacation'

"The word vacation will not exist in a Trump administration.”
Incoming White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said President-elect Donald J. Trump "will never take a vacation." Spicer says Trump is "so eager to get things done and change things up. There is never an idle moment."

  5. Trump has split libertarians into three groups: left-libertarians, paleo-conservatives, and voluntarists. There is no unified "libertarian movement".

  6. Is Donald Trump taking advice from Paul Krugman?

“If we discovered that, you know, space aliens were planning to attack and we needed a massive buildup to counter the space alien threat and really inflation and budget deficits took secondary place to that, this slump would be over in 18 months,” he said. “And then if we discovered, oops, we made a mistake, there aren’t any aliens, we’d be better—“
