The Courier-Journal is reporting that Rand Paul will announce that he is running for president on April 7 in Louisville, Kentucky across the street from the KFC Yum! Center.
The venue, the Galt House, is connected by skywalk to the Yum! Center.
The exact time of the event is in flux, one source said told CJ, because "He's on an awfully tight schedule because he's going to do a nationwide fly-around to early primary states."
