CAUGHT IN DENVER: US Post Office Snapping Pictures of Customers' Faces Who Visit Branch

When a reporter for a Denver FOX affiliate asked authorities with the US Postal Service why a hidden surveillance camera had been placed at a local post office such that it could capture the faces and license plates of individuals dropping off mail, the camera disappeared within one hour.

    What if they were just investigating a fraud claim and the media destroyed any chances of catching the perp?

      then the PO inspectors would produce a warrent show just cause, wouldn't they?

      Why would the USPS require a warrant to install a surveillance camera in a Post Office?
