CAUGHT IN DENVER: US Post Office Snapping Pictures of Customers' Faces Who Visit Branch

When a reporter for a Denver FOX affiliate asked authorities with the US Postal Service why a hidden surveillance camera had been placed at a local post office such that it could capture the faces and license plates of individuals dropping off mail, the camera disappeared within one hour.

  1. What if they were just investigating a fraud claim and the media destroyed any chances of catching the perp?
