Rand Paul Does MoTown

In another attempt to expand the Republican Big Bunker, Rand Paul was in Detroit yesterday squinting at black youth.

He did not speak to the youth about the evils of the minimum wage and how it hurts black youth hard. Instead, he talked about restoring voting rights to non-violent felons.
