Rutgers Says Students Must Be Vaccinated Before They Can Come to the Campus in Fall

COVID authoritarianism has hit the university level.

Rutgers University, in New Jersey, announced Thursday that all students would need to be fully vaccinated against the coronavirus before they would be allowed to return to campus in the fall.

“Adding COVID-19 vaccination to our student immunization requirements will help provide a safer and more robust college experience for our students,” said Jonathan Holloway, the president of Rutgers University, in a statement.

Beginning in the fall, students will have to show “proof of vaccination” before moving into their dorm or attending in-person classes.

According to the university, students may file for an exemption for medical or religious reasons.

According to the New York Times, even with the new requirement, students on the Rutgers campuses will be required to practice social distancing and use face coverings, the university said. How absurd is that? And for a virus that is of no serious consequence to anyone that is likely to be on campus.

Follow the science? It is more like following the madness of crowds.

The university has more than 70,000 students.

  1. It doesn't even have to follow science, only rational logic.
The vaccines for this covid bug do not stop the spread, only reduce symptoms according to the "experts". Therefore they are purely a personal choice. Taking it or not logically does not mean anything to anyone else under any circumstances.

So why is it that we must pretend the vaccine stops the spread when it doesn't? Or if the narrative has changed why must we pretend it doesn't stop the spread when it does? Because all masks/distancing/rituals stay in place regardless.

The actions do not make any sense unless we consider crony profit, political power, treating people as livestock, or something else along those lines or a combination there of.

  2. Students should follow the lead of employees of the Los Angeles Unified School District and sue.

Employees of the LAUSD have sued to prevent the district from mandating COVID-19 vaccines, unapproved but authorized by the FDA for emergency use, as a condition of employment. They cite 21 U.S.C. Section 360bbb-3, the statute granting the FDA power to authorize a medical product for emergency use, that requires that the person being administered an unapproved product be advised of the benefits and risks, and of the right to refuse the product.

The suit alleges that Section 360bbb-3 recognizes the “well-settled doctrine” that medical experiments, or “clinical research,” may not be performed on human subjects without the express, informed consent of the individual receiving treatment, recognized in the Nuremberg Code of 1947, later ratified by the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki, and codified in federal regulations. In the Nuremberg Code it is explicitly recognized that forced medical experimentation is both inhumane and unethical. “There is no 'pandemic exception' to the law or the Constitution,” plaintiffs said in their complaint.

These treatments are experimental, having undergone minimal testing and providing no assurance that the coming months and years won't reveal harm to the recipients. Forcing this on someone to attend school, keep a job, or for any other reason is immoral and reprehensible.

    1. You're assuming this joke of a country has something that still resembles the rule of law or an impartial judiciary. That hasn't existed for quite some time.

  3. Time for students at Rutgers to stand firm and refuse these kill shots that are indeed experimental and NOT even vaccines.. The ones that refuse to take these death jabs have the right of refusal under the Nuremberg Laws THAT prohibit forced experimentation on human beings..

Rutgers does not have a leg to stand on, and students can and should sue them as they will win.. After Rutgers gets a few of these lawsuits and pays out millions then I can guarantee they will have to change this horrendous policy immediately.

  4. Why don't you change the title of the article to reflect ACTUAL REALITY. It should read: "Rutgers Says Students Must Get Gene Therapy Jabs Before They Can Come to the Campus in Fall" The injections are NOT vaccines. They are admittedly gene therapy shots ....
