This is great news. I have some quibbles with some of the points but nothing serious enough to object to this very important effort.
Investigations against the perpetrators of these lockdowns, that is the individual officials responsible for them, must be launched. The individuals should have every penny of their net worth turned over to those they harmed financially and prison sentences for those where it is proven the lockdown and associated orders caused physical injuries including death.
I hasten to add that I don't expect the proceeds from such perpetrators awarded to those financially damaged to match the damage done but the award of punitive damages, that strips these perpetrators of everything they have, can serve as a warning to every future tyrant who may think of trying something like a lockdown. These are the only damages that can possibly be awarded, rather than damages against the state beyond the current assets the states has. Otherwise, it would just be damages paid by the people via taxes (etc,) to the people.
All of this, of course, in addition to ending the absurd lockdowns and other COVID-19 executive orders.

DeleteI think one of the most convenient parts of being a politician is not having to take any responsibility for the various catastrophes that you've hatched. I'm certain that it'll be true long after all of the defense lawyers have had the case dismissed.

DeleteHowever, BAR associates should know that governors and majors are conducting the lockdowns according to treaty with the WHO. Even if it is an exercise, which it is and it is in the WHO treaty, politicians have a responsibility toward the protection of international law and the law of nations (article 1, section 8, clause 10).
As the land cannot a state create, the only remedy is the Law of Nations'/natural law's right of self-determination/exile asserted in the UN resolutions 2625 and 3103.
Therefore, the only remedy for everyone is to stop being a cestui que trust to their state and get out. Create a new state for yourself and your posterity just like the first 56 Americans did (the founding fathers of the USA Declaration of Independence).
It doesn't sound like he is talking about "the perpetrators of these lockdowns" but rather a company that produced tests that were used by the perpetrators to justify the lockdowns. Class action lawsuits seem generally dishonest in this regard. They seem designed to relieve voluntary participants of all responsibility. If fraud was involved than that is what should be charged and it should be charged individually. As Eric points out politicians are an important perpetrator but they and their accomplices, bureaucrats and mass media, have given themselves legal immunity. The only way to hold them accountable is to turn them out of office or better yet eliminate the office.

DeleteI have educated myself on how and why lockdowns work. They work to kill as many people as possible. Here in the uk we have had 42000 covid19 deaths. Every year we have 170000 deaths because of heart disease and heart attacks. As a direct result of lockdowns and draconian restrictions this number has doubled.... and that's not counting all the extra cancer deaths and suicides!! This has absolutely nothimg to do with saving lives!

I totally agree , but is this not taking more money from governments who desperately need it to restore health systems? Yes, I get the irony but should this not be aimed at Pharmaceuticals mainly.
