  1. To get pardoned, first you have to get indicted (state accuses you), then found guilty (state thinks you're guilty). If you accept the pardon, you also agree you were guilty (in the US).

None of this has happened yet.

    1. Some staffers were already given immunity in exchange for their testimony. Hillary will be interviewed next. The Feds won't give immunity unless they have a case against her.

    2. maybe-but that will exclude her from the Presidency, still

    3. still that will rule out her running for office

    4. Quaint how many of you still think the law will apply at some stage. She will run for President and likely be slotted in if it is at all possible. Legal challenges will all die on the vine.

    5. Rabbit pretty much has it. Nixon for example was not indicted. The pardon read something like " for any and all crimes ". Nixon actually did not commit a serious crime, because it was privacy/paper crime (he invaded another groups privacy) but it had utterly no political effect, George McGovern would have lost even if Nixon has been sending funds to the Democrat Party. McGovern although, having some logical positions on the vietnam war, sunk deeper every time he opened his yapper. But he was losing his stability of thought by then. "We are, whom we associate with", and Nixion (an attorney, just like both clintons and cruz), surrounded himself with attorneys. Most attorneys are corrupt by nature. Nixon pretty much handed his presidency to 3 corrupt men: attorney Haldemen, attorney Erlichman and political science professor Kissinger. Note that Trumps inner circle are mostly not attorneys, but rather business people. The Clinton's inner circle are attorneys and bankers and race hustlers.

  2. "A problem well stated is a problem half-solved." Well said,It wasn’t the miners who got rich; it was the people selling picks and shovels.
