A Libertarian Event?: Skydive at a Navy Seals Facility

This is how twisted Rand libertarianism gets. A Pand Paul Pac event is being held where you will be able to tour and skydive at a Navy Seals Facility. Yes, your chance to hang around at the epicenter, where the best of the best of government trained killers sharpen their killing skills.

A friend has shared these two emails he has received:
Dear friend of liberty,

I wanted to personally invite you to an exciting weekend of activities in beautiful San Diego, CA hosted by America's Liberty PAC, the only super PAC endorsed by Senator Rand Paul.

This is an invitation-only event, and as you can imagine, we have very limited space for this special ALPAC event.

We've arranged for some spectacular events including golf at the famous Torrey Pines Golf Course, skydiving where Navy SEALs train, receptions at the beautiful Torrey Pines Lodge and more.  Senator Paul will join us for several events so you'll have a chance to hear all about his campaign directly from Rand Paul.

Attached is an invitation with the details of the events for the weekend.  Please contact Matthew, Beth Newberry or John McCardell at 703-291-3450 with any questions or to RSVP.

Thanks for all you do and I look forward to seeing you June 12 to 13.

In Liberty,

John Tate
President
America's Liberty PAC

p.s. Space is very limited for this special event with Rand Paul in California. Please let us know immediately if you can join us June 12-13 for golf and adventure with Senator Paul.

Subject: Special invitation: A weekend w/ Sen. Rand Paul in San Diego

Dear friend,

Hope you are well! Thank you for your past support of the Paul's, constitutionally limited government, and individual liberty!

I'm writing you today to extend a special invitation to a weekend of adventure and conversation with Senator Rand Paul in the San Diego area June 12 &13.

There will be opportunities to play golf, skydive at a Navy SEALs facility, tour the Navy SEALs training facilities, socialize and spend time with Senator Rand Paul to discuss his presidential campaign and challenges facing our country.

It promises to be a unique experience and we'd love for you to join us.

Perhaps, if you are unable to come, you might know of a potential donor to Rand's efforts who would like to come? It's imperative we cultivate as much support for Sen. Paul as possible to defeat the Washington machine and unleash the American dream.

Please see the invitation below, attached itinerary and attached hotel info.

And please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.

Best regards,
Matthew

P.S. RSVP to join America's Liberty PAC and Senator Paul for a special weekend in the San Diego area. See invitation below and attached itinerary.

Please respond to let me know if you can make it or not, as space is limited.

  1. I turn my back towards every member of the military I come across, because I will not remain in the same proximity to a person who has undergone intensive brainwashing, and had their soul lobotomized in order that they may kill without remorse.

    1. Another option is to engage them in conversation (when that's possible) so that you may understand them and they may understand you.

  2. Maybe they'll even have some cardboard cutouts of anti-government types setup in the shooting range that Rand and fellow participants can blast away at. You know, like that radical libertarian guy, what's his name? Ron Paul.

  3. Meh. It could be interpreted as building bridges with conservatives. This one doesn't bother me that much.

  4. Is a military branch okay under constitutionalism? I once heard Block say that libertarians span AnCap to Minarchism to Constitutionalism to Classical Liberals. This coalition seems like a good starting point to reducing/eliminating government.

    1. The coalition makes sense where both groups are willing to take joint actions reducing government. But damned will be any ancap if he endorses or supports a violently imposed monopoly military routinely employed for aggressive purposes by statists.
