They are recycling old scares.

NyPo, a top outlet for CIA propaganda, is out with this blaring front page headline, as if a new ISIS scare has developed:

ISIS threatens Twitter employees for shutting down accounts

The problem is this story has been around for a more than a month. On September 9, I called out Vocativ for the same scare:
