Caught on Tape: NYPD Copper Steals Money During Stop and Frisk

The video recording feature on cell phones is fast becoming the best cop repellent ever invented. This NYPD copper is going down. The copper, in the below video, stopped and frisked Lamard Joye and was caught on tape taking Joye's cash. According to NYT, Joys reports that tee copper stole more than $1,000.
