CUOMO COVER-UP: COVID-19 Deaths in NY Nursing Homes Were 50 Percent Higher Than Claimed

New York’s nursing-home death toll from COVID-19 may be more than 50 percent higher than officials claim — because Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s administration hasn’t revealed how many of those residents died in hospitals, state Attorney General Letitia James announced Thursday, the New York Post reports.

Here is the real kicker.

The report further notes that at least 4,000 residents died after the state issued a controversial, March 25 Cuomo administration mandate for nursing homes to admit “medically stable” coronavirus patients — which James said “may have put residents at increased risk of harm in some facilities.”

“As the pandemic and our investigations continue, it is imperative that we understand why the residents of nursing homes in New York unnecessarily suffered at such an alarming rate,” James said.

“While we cannot bring back the individuals we lost to this crisis, this report seeks to offer transparency that the public deserves and to spur increased action to protect our most vulnerable residents.”

FOX host Dagen McDowell thinks this might be the dagger in the heart of Cuomo's political career.

McDowell pulls no punched in this clip:

All these COVID-19 lockdown creeps across the country need to be exposed.

They should all be brought before a tribunal for crimes against humanity for the destruction and death their tyrannical policies caused.

  1. Here here Bob! The true cost that these megalomaniacal psycopaths have put us through may never be fully realized. To these people there were no downsides for them politically by proving just how seriously they took the pandemic by shutting down their entire economies. The economic welfare, mental and pyshical health issues, and the liberty to make your own risk assessments were second to their power trip, oh I mean "slowing the spread." The cynic in me still says what was once seen as politically advantageous, became strategic as tanking the economy in the short term would hurt Trump. All the while they could blame him for not getting the virus under control as further justifications for the lockdowns. And Mr. Lockdown himself, Andrew Cuomo should be the face that there will always be a cost to overextending your power in order to try and control others. Let it be a lesson for the rest of them.

  2. We already know Cuomo forced nursing homes to accept covid patients and that led to deaths. He's still in office, winning awards and writing books about how great he is. Adding a few more deaths to his resume won't end his political career.

  3. There is no honor among thieves and politics is full of thieves. The brutish political establishment would have no problem throwing Cuomo and others under the bus if they thought it improved their image and ability to grab power. The truth is all politicians are representative of a large portion of the public who believe in might makes right. Changing this to an attitude of voluntary interaction requires evolution.
