President Trump makes some of the worst hires that a president could make.
I attribute it to his lack of familiarity with politics and the true nature and depth of the Washington D.C. swamp.
He eventually figures out a hire is bad but often a lot of damage is done before Trump gets up to speed on a particular learning curve.
Anthony Fauci did a lot of damage to this country with his fear-mongering about COVID-19 and his bad advice but Trump has finally, thankfully, figured Fauci out.
Trump attacked him as “a disaster” on Monday and said that people were “tired” of hearing about the virus from “these idiots” in the government.
“People are tired of Covid,” Trump said on call to campaign managers, several reporters were invited also.
“I have the biggest rallies I’ve ever had. And we have Covid. People are saying: ‘Whatever. Just leave us alone.’ They’re tired of it.”
He added, “People are tired of hearing Fauci and these idiots, all these idiots who got it wrong.”
Finally.
Just wait until he figures out the disaster Jay Powell at the Fed is setting up for the economy.

Trump doesn’t seem to have any ability to see the unseen. Powell’s policies I imagine will look good to Trump, the things that are seen, and if he ever sees the unseen damage that these policies are doing and going to do, I’m afraid it will be much too late.
