Democratic Presidential Candidate Marianne Williamson Has Whites in Audience Apologize to the Nearest Black

Starts at 11:10 mark.

Why would every white person in a room have to apologize to blacks if they had nothing to do with slavery, etc.?

In my case, they should be thanking me, since I am in support of freeing anyone in prison on drug charges. I want to stop horrific forced public school education and I want to eliminate the anti-black minimum wage. And I write about this actively.

  1. Can’t wait until one of them says to their white audience, “ sell all you have and give to the black community, then come, and follow me.”

  2. What a nut! I haven't done anything to any black person and therefore have nothing to apologize for.

This is what brainwashed looks like, folks.

  3. Drug dealers and drug users create negative externalities on their neighbors which violate the NAP, so they do belong in jail.

    1. Nope. Criminalization of drug use is what creates most (if not all) of these negative externalities. When psychoactive drugs can be bought freely in drug stores there won't be any drug dealers or crime associated with drug dealing. As for addicts - they're way less aggressive and violent than alcoholics.

    2. Absolutely. There has never been a single instance of someone tripping on angel dust and becoming violent. Never.

    3. Legal pot heads and legal pot dealers are a negative to families and community cohesion. Therefore according to libertarian code, they are violating the NAP. They belong in jail.

    4. limelemon, I'm not sure that you have a correct understanding of the NAP. That only sanctions physical violence against someone else's legitimate private property. Just because an otherwise peaceful activity is not widely appreciated doesn't meant that it violates the NAP. Families and local communities could refuse to interact with "[l]egal pot heads and legal pot dealers," (e.g., refuse to trade, refuse to let them enter their properties, etc.), but unless the latter groups use violence, the NAP would not legitimate the use of force against them.

    5. When you put people in jail who deal drugs, you are not initiating force. They are the ones who are initiating violence and threats when they do their activities in front of your kids. Putting them in jail is justified.

    6. How is the purchase and sale of a product between consenting parties the initiation of violence?

  4. These folks have forgotten they are an “I”, and so perhaps the obvious question never occurs to them.

This is a symbiotic relationship: perpetual, fraudulent victimhood needs perpetual, unearned guilt, and vice versa.

  6. Black people along with all others have been slave owners. It is my understanding that most of the Africans brought to the Americas were enslaved by Africans and sold to European and American traders who were adverse to venturing far from the African coasts due to fear of disease and attack from natives. Also Africans did use other Africans as slaves. Most of these slaves are considered by historians as indentured slaves due to war, famine and debt.

Slave ownership in the US was by a small percent of the population about 1.5% for individuals and 7.5% for families most of these living in the southern states (1860 census). Williamson was not selective as to which whites or a percentage of whites that should apologize. Is Williamson ignorant that very few whites owned slaves? Does she think white people should bare more responsibility for the acceptance of slavery, than all other races which accepted slavery throughout most of human history? Does she know that the end of slavery in the west was brought about by white people? Or is she just a propagandist?

But she was not just apologizing for slavery. She included lynching, murders, rapes of black women, destruction of the black family, mass incarceration of black men, being called the N-word and systemic and institutionalized racism. These are all bad but the perpetrators of murder, rape and the use of the word nigger are mostly black, especially when the victim is black.

Lynching innocents is horrible. Similar to slavery it is part of the past perpetrated by a small percent of people.

The destruction of the black family did not start until the government started to “help”. 61% of blacks were married in 1960, by 2008 it was only 32%. This destruction is not segregated to blacks. During that same period whites marriage rates dropped from 74% to 56%.

Mass incarceration is another government boondoggle mostly due to drug laws.

Systemic and institutionalized racism is as Michael Rozeff put it, “a joke, an imaginary construct, a farce and a fraud visited upon non-racist Americans for various darker reasons that are kept hidden by the race hustlers and fraudsters”.

  7. I'm not sure who should be more ashamed of themselves, the whites making the apology or the blacks receiving the apology. Neither group seems to have much in the way of self-respect.

  8. "I apologize for having less melanin in my skin than you do." How ludicrous.
