I believe there is a Deep State battle with Democrats, the intelligence community and mainstream media being anti-Trump. At the same time, the military, most neocons and other Deep State actors that don't get their names in the headlines are pro-Trump.
No way Trump would have survived the Mueller investigation if everyone was against him.
But I will tell you who the Deep State and establishment are all against: Roger Stone.
He has written BOOKS revealing the dirt on LBJ, the Clintons and the Bush family:
The Man Who Killed Kennedy: The Case Against LBJ
The Clintons' War on Women
The Bush Crime Family: The Inside Story of an American Dynasty
Then for good measure, when Barbara Bush died, he called her a "mean drunk."
Men have been found dead in bathtubs after "committing suicide" for just one book being researched on these topics, never mind there is now a full Stone library of books.
Roger is one very tough, very serious anti-crony establishment guy.
The media will focus on what Mueller has written about Trump in his report and surface Democratic tools will continue to be outraged and demand more investigations but the Deep State/Deep Establishment will be very happy that Mueller got sketchy dirt to indict Roger.

Part of me feels that the Russian investigation was intended to control Trump. The Trump admin that originally refused to hire Eliot Abrams, had Steve Bannon as an advisor, & talked about pulling out of wars & NATO no longer exists. Now that Trump is doing favors for the deep state, he’s getting favors in return. The Russia investigation was a fraud from the beginning, but Trump may have had legitimate concern after threats were made against his son. That’s how the deep state operates.
ReplyDeleteMy position is that the primary purpose of the Mueller investigation was to send a message from the Establishment to anyone who might consider supporting an outside candidate again--we will go after you and destroy your life.
