The US Attorney’s office has not said who will be charged, reported, but ABC News is reporting that David Wildstein, a former Port Authority executive and one-time political blogger, will plead guilty.

A press conference is scheduled for 1 p.m. after “a proceeding of interest in a criminal matter” related to the probe, reported.
