Airline Brawl: “You think I’m crazy? What about the government?”

Two men — one of them apparently a crazed, drunk American (red Hawaiian-style shirt) — got into a brawl on a flight scheduled to leave Narita, Japan for Los Angeles.

During a return for a second round of fisticuffs, the crazed one shouts, “You think I’m crazy? What about the government?”

I don't think we want to claim him for the anarcho-capitalist movement. It does appear he is a violator of the non-aggression principle. That said, the idea that the government is far from a benevolent actor does seem to be seeping into the minds of the masses.

According to Japan Today. as the brawler was escorted off the plane he also hit a female passenger and then choked an airline gate employee.

  1. Though this be madness, yet there is method in 't. :-)

  2. This video is the problem with people these days. Rather get it on camera than take action and help solve the issue. Where are the men that should be breaking this fight up? Sitting in their chairs, recording like the cowards they are. Leave it to the 125 lb Asian woman. Sad.

    1. People are conditioned that way. Back in the 1980s the schools in the USA started punishing anyone involved in a fight. Didn't matter if you were attacked or not, you got punished by the authorities. This idea has spread into the adult world since. Getting involved in other people's fights can mean a lot of hassle and expense, especially on an aircraft.

That said, in an account I read previously on the second appearance the person taking video did jump in.

  3. I thought TSA-type security theater was supposed to make everyone safe. It is time to make every other person on the plane an employee of or informant for the sTSAi.
