While it is scary to read that, again, it's rhetoric. It could happen, but my impression is that he's bloviating about how awesome he is. He doesn't speak on logic; he's connecting with people with verbal images and emotions because ---> PEOPLE. Libertarians run on logic. Most don't. It's, as even Trump said in the same interview, marketing, and he's good at it.
