What You Need to Know About Willard Mitt Romney

Charles Goyette writes:
Before he’s named Secretary of State (or anything else), let’s dredge up a few more choice policy morsels from 2012 presidential candidacy of Willard Mitt Romney:
  • Romney revealed himself to be a complete tool of the military industrial complex, eager to “apply the full spectrum of hard and soft power to influence events.” To that end he proposed spending more on the Pentagon and adding 100,000 more people in uniform.
  • Romney repeatedly called for a new “American century,” an especially chilling formulation since his war cabinet included eight signatories of the Project for the New American Century, the bizarre group whose manifesto called for the invasion of Iraq long before 9/11/2001.
  • Pushing for “more assertive steps” in Syria, Romney proposed increasing military training and assistance with Central Asian states, while he wanted to “station multiple carriers and warships at Iran’s door.”
  • Romney ceaselessly rearranged his taxonomy of threats, bouncing quickly from one to another. He identified Russia as “without question our number-one geopolitical foe”; jihadists are “this century’s nightmare”; North Korea was a “clear and growing threat” to the United States; the Iranian leadership was “the biggest immediate threat”; China threatened Romney’s “American century.”
Whew!
Willard would be one busybody Secretary of State! Better for us if he just stays home and enjoys the magnificent views from La Jolla.
Not that Romney is any worse than the other figures on the Trump foreign policy short list. If it is true that “personnel is policy,” the prospect for a needless war of principals or proxies with Russia may have survived Hillary’s defeat.

I fear needles war has not only survived Hillary's defeat but will be much worse under Trump, in addition to horrific domestic policies.

It will, unfortunately, also suck in support for Trump by many who would have been sympathetic to libertarian ideas if Hillary had been elected.

  1. Jefferson Davis acting as the Secretary of War signed off on the third design of a statue to be mounted atop the new Roman Capitoleum, known as Washington D.C. in April, 1857. This statue was modeled after a gilded plate from the Roman Empire that was highlighted by the Roman goddess of war, Minerva. This representation of Minerva was chosen to be the model for the statue that would permanently look to the west as the U.S. savaged the native people of the American West, and people around the world who stood in the way of empire.

Why is it such an eternal surprise to the American public that the new Capitoleum of a reimagined empire of war would enunciate it's savage intentions from a new world temple? A temple designed from the ground up by the founders to utilize liminal thresholds of the Etruscans to empower their dreams of world domination.

George Washington chose "Foggy Bottom" as the site of the new Capitoleum because the site held a bounty of perfectly arranged liminal thresholds as had previously been utilized in Tarquinia, Paestum, Londinium, Venice, Amsterdam, and New Amsterdam.

The founders chose to curse the wisdom of the Greek Archon, Solon, who freed the people of Greece from mortgage notes in 594BC. The founder's intention from day one was to make the American people debt slaves to the New World Temple bisected by the Potomac River and surrounded by 40 Horoi stones to enslave us all.

The national debt stood at 5.7 trillion dollars when Allan Greenspan stated before Congress in February 2001, that we were paying off the debt too quickly, and the Federal Reserve would be forced to buy equities. Today the deficit for the year 2016 stands at 2.4 trillion dollars, and will rise further under a Trump administration.

Bottom line, we are debt slaves to the Deep State, have no voice, and will soon be silenced as our fortunes are looted by edicts put in place by the G20 on November 16th, 2014.

  2. Bob, I feel like you are looking at this in a very "glass half empty" way. There will be PLENTY of "libertarian teaching opportunities" under Trump. For example:

-CALEXIT: Getting people to talk about secession is a wonderful thing.

-People fearing Trump is a great opportunity to teach about separation of powers why it's important and why the country was set up like that. It's also a great opportunity to teach about executive orders. D's who loved them (saying "congress was obstructionist") now get to see the "other side" of why they're dangerous. Separation of powers is there to protect the people so that a crazed POTUS can't "run wild".

-D's will likely be anti-war again.

-Once the above is taught, we can then point out how Obama and every other POTUS abused their powers.
